PCB Genie is a full-featured software and hardware product, which helps PCB industries
streamline their operations from quotation inquiry to dispatch.
The product empowers senior management to track work orders, and
monitor the output of production processes from their desk, or even while traveling.
It thus saves their time from personally monitoring production, to rather focus
on business expansion and marketing. They can track inquiries / RFQs
received, quotations issued, purchase orders received, work orders in process,
finished goods in stock, and invoices issued, instantly
at a few clicks.
The system is designed to facilitate instant implementation and configuration. The
web-based software needs to be installed on only one computer, and can be used on
all others on the network, and even over the Internet. The specially-developed
“smart units” are embedded electronic devices that production operators

which can be analyzed till one zeroes-in to specific work orders, specific cause

Online production monitoring helps the staff give accurate status of
customer’s orders, and predictable dates of completion. The management can monitor
